For our Rotor Blade Factory at Viana do Castelo.

Your tasks:
•Define and implement the objectives of the factory;
•Plan, develop and implement the factory strategy;
•Motivate the factory Head of Departments Team ;
•Globally manage staff, including planning, recruitment, hiring and development of personnel needs, in coordination with the Human Resources Department;
•Continuously improve of production processes (productivity increases; cost reduction; quality improvements; speed and safety of processes);
•Direct and coordinate the different Departments directly linked to production processes;
•Organize and coordinate the entire production process for the manufacture of Rotor Blades according to production orders;
•Plan and perform the daily workflow for all Departments of the Factory;
•Develop production plans;
•Develop and control the production flow daily;
•Develop all regulations to ensure a high level of order, safety and cleanliness;
•Ensure a high standard of quality in the production of Rotor blades.

Your Skills:
•University Degree in engineering areas
•5 years of experience in a similar role;
•Experience in team management;
•Experience in Industry and Production; Project Management and Management Control;
•Fluent in English. Preferable German knowledge
•Experience of IT tools including the SAP system
